Kids when they get older, after the u10 league, thats when, you can
chose the MVP, Most Goals, Most Assists, and two of the best
awards...Most Improved and Best Sportsmanship. You let the team decide,
secret ballots.   And I also agree with the fact that, a medal could be
given as a participation award and Trophies handed out  for 1st thru
3rd. AND with the TOURNAMENT we should have money set aside for awards
for the OUR tournaments, soccer balls, gear bags, pads, etc. and if you
want a good fund raiser. Have a big tournament and invite other cities.
That way you got everyone playing and given a chance to play with kids
from all over the area, HOPEfully not taken anything from the Challenge
teams. I hope for a great SPRING, and everyone's input will benefit. The
only thing is WE HAVE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.....NOT just talk about it. SEE
