[MYSA Parents] Medical Forms - Notary at field TONIGHT

Parents/Coaches,

We will have a notary at the fields tonight from 6-8PM. Please bring
your medical forms with you.

I have been trying to get volunteer notaries for other nights this week
but so far haven't been able to. If you are a notary and are willing to
volunteer some time Wed, Thurs, Fri or Saturday, please let me know asap.

Parents - if you can swing by the fields tonight some time to get your
forms signed, you are encouraged to since I can't guarantee we'll have
volunteers later this week.

Also - you are more than welcome to get the forms notarized yourself. WE
simply had hoped to be able to get volunteers at the fields to make it
easier.

If I'm able to arrange volunteers for later this week, I'll email an
announcement as soon as I can.
