[MYSA Parents] Beat The Heat! Stay Hydrated!

I know we mentioned this before, but it's very important - so I want to
remind everyone as we approach the hottest weather we've had this year.

With record temperatures persisting for the rest of the week, coaches
and parents need to be vigilant and ensure the players are properly
hydrated as we start practices. Parents should ensure players drink
plenty of liquids BEFORE coming to practice and coaches should take
regular water breaks every 10-15 minutes. Even teams with late practices
need to be cautious as the temperatures are staying well above 95
degrees, even after the sun has set.
